My main mission with this blog is to help other people heal from emotional trauma. It doesn’t necessarily have to be in the Outdoors. You can still learn about yourself and heal from trauma, but I have found that being in the Outdoors really helped me during my healing journey. This section will be devoted to posts that really aim to help you heal. For me, doing Outdoor activities really helped in my healing process because it was truly something I wanted to do. It was truly for me. I could include others in the activities as well, but this is what I love and want to do and in making it a priority in my life, it helped me to re-center my life, heal and grow. Maybe it can do the same for you too.
